'Janome' was inspired by a glass paperweight, it has a distorted surface to the glass and contains a small golden pagoda. While not photorealistic, it does capture the essence of what i was after. 1/17/2006 Gallery begins - Fruit bowlThe fruit bowl scene was provided at a website http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=309158 , for a texturing/lighting competition. So i decided to use the chance to test my skills. The three images depict my progress over the past two days, progress only possible thanks to the comments from the very friendly members on the forum for the software i use (Lightwave 3D - 8.5).
Hopefully my progress will continue on other projects soon. 1/4/2006 The beginningIt Begins!
With my plans to make a concentrated effort on improving my abilities in 3d modelling/animation. I shall need a window to display my work from. For now this shall be my window. Hopefully in time i can progress to making my own site.
